Shhhh…. I have a secreeeet! This secret comes courtesy of Victoria herself, as in Victoria’s Secret. Over the Christmas holiday lots of people chose to give gift cards. Receiving a gift card is perfectly OK with me but if all possible I prefer to give personal gifts that say something about that person. There’s nothing worse than stressing yourself out trying to find a gift for someone.
- Fighting traffic
- Fearing you’ll be involved in a car accident at any moment because people are driving distracted.
- Standing in extremely long lines and watching people become barbaric over the last Black Ops II video game or a piece of clothing with somebody’s name scrawled all over it.
Why go through all that when December 26th the person who received the gift is standing in line returning the darn thing. Unfortunately, that’s precisely why many choose to simply give a gift card. Non-the-less, I am very appreciative of any gift my friends and family give me.
I don’t toss around the word “Friend” often and I can count on both hands how many true friends I actually have. I travel in a small circle, always have and I like it like that… It’s not the quantity; it’s the quality that’s important. All my friends have a lot of great qualities. This friend, I can definitely say without a doubt is BFF status :) Anywho, Thanks for the Victoria’s Secret gift card!! volunteered to assist me with my shoot today and thank goodness he did because I could have had some damaged equipment due to strong winds. He’s the best light holder, prop mover, land scout and all around son a mother could ask for!
It was nice having my son assist me. Hope you guys like my printed maxi skirt because I do! Check out the pics. I mixed the printed maxi skirt with a flowy, polka dot backless halter top. Some pics you’ll notice my hair, earrings and shades are different. Why? I just felt like itOh and yes, I’m aware my roots are totally over grown…lol…I let that happen from time to time
